This policy explains what information My Equine Tack LLC collects, how we use it, how we share it, how long we keep it, and how we protect it.

• Listings, photos, and descriptions you publish

• Payment history (amount, date, transaction ID, payment status)

3. Public information

Contact details that you choose to show on a listing are visible to visitors. Other information is only visible to you and to us.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. My Equine Tack LLC does not collect or store full card numbers. Stripe handles card information under its own privacy policy.

The website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, keep the site working, secure accounts, and measure how the site is used.

8. How long we keep information

• Account information: while the account is open, and up to 3 years after closure
• Listings: while published, and up to 3 years after removal
• Messages: up to 3 years after they are sent
• Payment and transaction records: 7 years, for tax and accounting
• Proof of acceptance of the Terms and Liability Waiver: as long as the account exists, and 3 years after closure
• Technical logs: up to 12 months

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, use, disclosure, change, or destruction. No system is completely secure.

10. Security incidents

If a security breach affects personal information, we will investigate, take steps to limit it, and notify affected people and authorities as required by Florida law, including the Florida Information Protection Act (Florida Statutes section 501.171).

11. Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account by writing to myequinetack@hotmail.com. After verifying your identity, we will delete or anonymise your personal information, except information we must keep under the rules in section 8.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access your information, correct it, delete it, or receive details about how it is used. Send requests to myequinetack@hotmail.com.

13. Children
